How Breeding Works
Breeding combines two animals to produce an egg that hatches into a new pet. Both parents go on cooldown. Use the Trait Machine for Twin Eggs and Breed Luck to improve output.
Step-by-Step Breeding Process
- 1 Press 2 to open the pet menu
- 2 Select two pets that are NOT on breeding cooldown
- 3 Click the Breed button
- 4 Wait for the egg timer to complete
- 5 Collect the egg and place it in a Nursery or your Pen to hatch
Breeding Tips
Both pets must be completely off cooldown — check the timer icon
Open eggs during Aurora Borealis weather (300% Luck Boost) for best hatch results
Server join bonus gives 5x luck boost — open eggs immediately after joining a fresh server
Pets with the Twin Eggs trait produce two eggs per breed cycle
Pets with the Breed Luck trait (+25%) increase the chance of higher-rarity hatches
Use the Recipes icon on the left side of the screen to view all discovered combinations
Place eggs in a Nursery building to hatch significantly faster than leaving them in the pen
